Return and exchange policy at Nawaaf Saba Store Return process: A return slip is sent to the customer or they deliver it themselves to the nearest Aramex/Redbox branch, then they hand over the product/order to the nearest Aramex/Redbox branch. The product amount (plus the return slip fee) is transferred (24 Riyals via Aramex) (24 Riyals via Redbox) within two working days from the time the product is delivered to the shipping company. Exchange and refund policy: If the product arrives to the customer damaged "only" the customer has the right to exchange the product for another or to return it, and the full amount of the Saba / Saba is refunded. The consumer is not entitled to exchange or return the product in the following cases: - If the product was manufactured based on the consumer's request or according to specifications they set, excluding products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. In these cases, the full amount including delivery fees* is refunded. Nawaaf Saba Store bears the shipping or delivery costs if it is proven that the product has a manufacturing defect.
